    What is your after-sales maintenance process within the warranty period?

    Our distributors are responsible for on-site maintenance issues. We supply 1 unit free product for every 50 units ordered for each model in order for maintence preparation. Besides, within warranty time, we can provide extra spare parts for your maintenance free of charge, only if you can describe the details of the problem and present relevant evidence to prove the 1 extra unit we provided can not cover your maintenance needs.

    We are planning to connect HS3255-U-02 to Android tablets. We plan to connect scanner to usb2ethernet hub). Could you provide detailed description and SDK for Windows and/or Linux?

    If to connect the charging base to your Android tablet, just connect the USB connector to the tablet. If you need to connect the scanner to your Android tablet via ethernet hub, you need to buy a convertor. If to connect the scanner to your tablet, you can setup BT connection, as our setup manual indication.

    We think we need to use white LED, instead of red. Is this correct?

    We suggest to use white LED in multi-colored background sites while Red lights can be used in higher speed reading. It's better to consider the situation on site.

    What is your quotation trade term?

    Our quotation is based on EXW, but we can discuss for other choices if needed.
